RETURNS: We get it. Sometimes things just weren’t meant to be. If you’re looking to process a return, take a sigh of relief—we’ve made it easy! Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned for store credit. Items must be returned no longer than 21 days from ship date to get a store credit. Items marked 40% off or more, and Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. Please include your order number, and full name back with your return.
Once the return has been shipped, please keep records of your tracking information. When we receive returns, they will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will then be issued an online store credit code in the amount of the item returned minus the shipping charges.
Note: All earrings are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged piece, please reach out and let us know via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
You do NOT need an authorization to mail you returns back, as long as they meet the qualifications above.

We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
